Leg day is one of my favorite days. I get such a great sense of accomplishment when I smash a killer session. I usually do legs 2 times a week. One day I focus more on strength (heavier sets with lower repetitions), while my 2nd leg day is usually more isolation (less weight, more concentration and squeezing). I get better activation in my lower posterior muscles when I use less weight.
