So you’ve put on unwanted weight but don’t have the patience or drive to lose it properly. What’s the first thing you do? Stop eating. While you may think this is wise or that it works, you are actually causing yourself more harm and work in the long run. Restricting calories may seem like it works because the scale goes down but what you may not realize is that you increase your body fat by doing this. It’s a matter of learning not be so harsh with your diet approach. Take it one step at a time. If you slowly implement healthy choices it begins to increase and eventually becomes habit. Habit is what creates a fit lifestyle!
